Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR helps with time off management, HR management, performance reviews, and 1:1's. The main problem it solves for us is having documentation all in one place for these items.

Pros

Cons

  • Customer support is difficult to reach and get quick responses from
  • pricing isn't upfront
  • Some features lack customization
  • I don't have numbers to share regarding this
  • multiple tools we were using before compiled into one
BambooHR is really easy to use and pretty intuitive. While it does a lot, the organization of the tool is very simple to see and things are not hard to find in the tool.
The reporting functions have given us a look at the team performance and details about how many people are in office and how many are out on a daily basis as well as quarterly to identify any concerns across teams relating to employee engagement.
BambooHR has more comprehensive tools than Gusto and Harvest. However, Harvest does have the ability to customize time tracking.

I found BambooHR as a good tool for use with my team in conducting our regular 1:1's. The history of those is easily viewable.
