Overall Satisfaction with BD Corporate

I use BD corporate for investor relations purposes. The reason we use BD corporate is for tracking investor ownership of our stock, inputting ongoing investor engagement in the CRM system, and using BD corporate as a vehicle to send out emails to distribution lists of investors for IR-related information.

  • Interface - the current dashboard is very "old" looking and could see improvement.
  • Ease of use - the email distribution could be easier to navigate.
  • Updating of investor contacts - the database is sometimes stale.

It is well suited to get a snapshot of your current investor ownership and the ownership changes that are currently happening in your stock. It is also good as a platform in which you can update all your meetings and engagement and then search for the information in a very easy way.
