Overall Satisfaction with BetterCloud

We primarily use BetterCloud to automate our onboarding and offboarding processes. Our normal offboarding process would take 15-30 minutes (per person) if we didn't have BetterCloud workflows in place. The product itself saves our team a ton of time with its ability to automate day-to-day tasks. The overall UI is incredibly easy to use in comparison to other similar products. There are a number of integrations that BetterCloud offers and they are continuously adding more applications in their integration center. Whatever app your business is using, BetterCloud likely already built the integration so that you can create workflows for that app.

  • I think the dashboard could use a redesign. I can't say for sure what the dashboard should look like but there should be the ability to edit the dashboard to show information we want to see

  • Positive ROI. We saved a lot of time automating day-to-day processes which in turn resulted in saving money
  • Okta Workflows (Azuqua)
BetterCloud has a much more friendly UI when it comes to building workflows as I've mentioned before. Our team has visited Okta workflows a number of times but it was incredibly difficult to replicate our current BetterCloud workflows into Okta because the Okta UI for workflow building is hard to follow and create.

BetterCloud is appropriate for companies that have the budget to afford a tool like this. It wouldn't make sense for smaller businesses (0-500 employees) to purchase and utilize this tool, especially if they're slow to grow their staff. BetterCloud is definitely for companies with more than 500+ employees and for teams that really need to automate their processes.
