Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Simple to use, the most cost effective CRM tool for early stage startups looking to bring some structure and order into the clutter and chaos of the 1000 important things that need to be done EOD. Not to mention how accessible it is with the flexibility in their pricing and plans.

It is mostly extremely beginner friendly, it is cost effective, it helps dealing with a startup's dilemma of opting for a CRM when things are tight. It brings structure into various processes and the pricing and other features related to its accessibility makes the decision to opt for this CRM a no brainer.

Utilised Bigin by Zoho CRM because the number of leads outgrew the set number of fingers a human being is born with. A google sheet did not suffice, the information took hours to sort. I would always make sure to be near the first-aid box with the aspirin in it before I had to make a BD progress report. Bigin by Zoho made it easier to track every lead stage, communication, relevant information and necessary information, necessary follow up actions and stages and managing heaps of lead data.
