Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I've been using this CRM for about a year, but it has solved many of my problems. This program has helped me not lose any of my customers and has given me a marketing plan for them.

A signal that shows the customer has read my message. This is a good invoice

  • Emails

Cons

  • The emails-in plugin should be better at preventing duplicate emails.
  • I don't forget the customers.
