Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

We use Birdeye to help with our online reputation, chatbots and reviews. After getting onboarded, we hit the ground running. We immediately noticed an increase in communication from our website and Facebook. With Birdeye's support, we were able to quickly respond to employees, potential customers and current clients. The tools aren't cheap but they have seemed worth the cost.

The user interface is not difficult and the onboarding process is pretty helpful. Their customer service has walked with us the entire time and makes sure we have what we need when we need it. We have had no issues at any level in using Birdeye. A few people on staff thought it was a bit clunky at first, but eventually came around.
We have not use any other products similar to Birdye. Not sure what elese to type here, but we are pleased with Birdeye and don't intend to use anything else similar to do what Birdeye does for us.

If you are in need of increased client or employee reviews, Birdeye is a great resource. Not only will they set you up with the service, they will help you execute on the plan. They will keep you accountable to using the service and executing the plan as well. Chatbots are good as well but there are cheaper services now.
