Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

I work with Birdeye every day and Birdeye has been a great benefit to my everyday routine. Not only do I love the addition of AI but my clients love the new feature as well! I am excited to see how they grow the AI compatibility in the future to help benefit us more!

Overall Birdeye is a very user friendly plaform. I do wish some areas behind the scenes (settings related) were easier to access and make changes to.

I absolutely love being able to set up auto responses for my clients. Any clients who aren't using the auto responses are using the AI feature to respond to their own reviews!
