We use Birdeye for review management of 100s of small businesses across the US. This allows us to help them with overall review management of their businesses and help them gain visibility overall

  • Integration of CRM for review management
  • Easy to use platform

Cons

  • A few more analytical features
  • Making sure all reviews are pulling from important review listings
  • Easy to downlod PDFs from reviews
  • Improving star rating on google
  • Creating a review strategy to increase business
It is a very easy to use platform that is very straight forward depending on how you plan to use this - support is also very helpful if there is questions
