Birdeye is used for referrals and reviews at the clinic I work in. We recieved emails when we get a positive or negative review so its quick and efficient. The AI feature definitely cuts down on the time it cant take to respond to multiple reviews and they are well written and succinct responses. Helps drive business by posting positive reviews to our business website.
