Overall Satisfaction with Bitbucket

Bitbucket and most Atlassian products are being used. It provides amazing source control as well as integrating with our ticketing tool, chat application and others.
  • Provide clean UI for Git source control.
  • Allow for public and private repositories.
  • Integrate with all other Atlassian products allowing for a full suite or products we use for development.
  • The UI (while currently being refreshed) could use some more "shiny" features. GitHub seems to has more.
  • Sometimes page load times are a bit slow.
  • Saves time with all the integrations to builds (bamboo, pipelines).
  • Collaboration for team.
  • Code reviews can save time from future issues etc.
Bitbucket provides a better price compared to the others as well as private repositories for people who do not want everything they do to be completely public and accessible for all to see.
Bitbucket is super easy to use and allows for private repos (unlike GitHub). Pricing is better than GitHub.
