Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone
We use on the on premise solution across our entire company - servers and workstations. We utilize it as a AV solution as well as using its web filter and USB restrictions capabilities.
- Web Filter is great.
- Device restriction works well.
- Good false positive scores.
- I've had so few problems with BitDefender that I literally don't have any suggestions. Some users may find the virtual server with linux installation a bit intimidating. So if anything, maybe try to develop a Windows version for on premise. Great product.
- Not having to purchase separate web filters and device restriction software to comply with regulators easily makes it worth its cost.
I can only compare to the two previous products we used - Kaspersky Enterprise and AVG Business.
Kaspersky was great on detection and had tons of features. However, many of the features were buggy and I never got them working correctly. I haven't had the same issues with BD as everything works as you would expect it to from what I've seen.
I wouldn't put AVG in the same field as these two as its features were lacking.
