Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We use Bitdefender to protect our customers' computers, servers and network. We also use it to protect our own devices.
  • Protects computers from malware.
  • Rarely interferes with other programs.
  • Management console needs a UI redesign.
  • Can be confusing to understand.
  • Low cost for reselling.
  • Flexible.
We had issues with stuff sneaking in. Whether user errors or websites. We left Bitdefender for Webroot and came back in less than a year. I paid out my contract without even using the last 3 months.
I had an issue where they were blocking my company website. Took them a week to remove it. I updated my policies to whitelist it, but it was still annoying. All they said was it was a mistake.

Bitdefender is suited for all environments. If you are a small office or home user, it would probably be best to stick with residential version of antivirus. Bitdefender works great for MSPs as it integrates with most PSAs. IT department will love the deployment options.
