Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We implement their cloud hosted AV and EDR product. Does not slow down machines and provides amazing protection and defense to all the networks we support. It is great to have a product that has come through time and time again protecting our clients from themselves as well as online threats.

Pros

  • Runs seamlessly on computers
  • Great real-time updates
  • Proactive threat protection has been flawless so far

Cons

  • I wish the billing portal was easier to understand
  • Slightly more granular control of the settings
  • make alerts easier to configure
  • it has given us piece of mind with our clients
  • great to have a product that we can provide that works
  • the cost is not very expensive to implement and re-sell to our customers
I wish the portal was easier to understand. Takes some time to figure out the navigation. Wish it explained some of the licensing pricing and differences in the portal. Could definitely be laid out differently.
Much better company and product. In my experience, we got completely ripped off when broadcom bought Symantec and were told our 3 year licenses are now only 1 year licenses with no refund. Also was a much more seamless install and has caught way more threats than symantec ever did. I recommend Bitdefender GravityZone over most other products. Sentinel One is one product it compares to.

It is great for any company that wants to protect their endpoints. We have scripted the install and had it work very well. The EDR platform is great and has caught many threats. Not necessary for home users but would work great if someone wanted to take the time to setup Bitdefender GravityZone portal. Wish the portal made a little more sense and was easier to navigate.
