Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
Seco Tools Uses Bizzabo to manage both virtual and physical events. We use it to stream our events, provide on-demand access to recordings after the fact, as well as general event organization. The biggest need the platform meets for us is the ability to integrate and implement event planning and management without needing email marketing or web development skills. It's been great to be able to hand ownership of different elements of Bizzabo to those responsible for the event. And the event planners have appreciated being able to automate elements, such as registration invites and reminders, that they've tracked manually in the past.
- Top-Notch, Engaged Support and Partnership.
- Lowers skill barrier to event logistics and marketing.
- All-in-on solution.
- Pleasing templates.
- Integration with Teams / Teams Webinar.
- The ability to customer calendar invites. Multi-day events fill the calendar morning till night from start to finish.
- Easier access to speaker/moderator tools. Access to live sessions as a speaker right from the agenda page.
- The ability to have multiple agenda items go to a single stream or to automatically push users from one agenda stream to the next for each session.
- Attendee Registration Management.
- Email Journeys & Flows.
- Analytics & Reporting.
- Unsure on this front, that's not the part that I oversee.
We haven't seen significant changes in impact in-event engagement from Bizzabo over Teams webinars. However, attendance has gone up thanks to streamlined event reminder setups and easy tracking of engagement. For Hybrid events, Bizzabo has been invaluable in integrating the event both in person and virtually. The registration/attendance process has been much clunkier in the past with other solutions.
Compared to nightmare scenarios where we've had people passing Excel files via email to track registration, this system is incredible. Again, giving marketing tools to even planners without the email marketing/web dev background has been incredibly helpful as well. Events are quick to set up, much quicker than managing all of the elements manually. Where we've had less efficiency is in areas that have had slightly less reliability. Bizzabo's streaming offering, emails not reaching the occasional user, and issues with the meeting/calendar download.
The Simplicity of Teams is hard to beat. And I think its streaming tools are superior to Bizzabo's. However, Bizzabo is far ahead when it comes to the event management side, like email journeys, ticket management, and event sites.
