Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo
Our organization uses Bizzabo (and Klik) as our main event content management platform and registration system for our large 10,000 attendee event.
We use most of the features, including speaker profiles, sponsor profiles, session management, registration, promo codes, etc. It has been really helpful for almost all of our event related data to live in one place.
This will be our second year using Bizzabo, as well.

- Customer service
- We'd love to see the ability to have conditional logic for registration
- We'd love to see the ability to accept payment before completing all registration questions
- There are a few bugs in the speaker portal that I know the team is actively working on
- Huge improvement on our event data quality
- Has saved our team a lot of time
- Registration management
Bizzabo was more affordable and had the functionalities we were looking for. They were also willing to work within our budget needs.
