Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
Blackbaud eTapestry is the database we use to maintain information for alums and anyone connected to the school. We use it to log in donations from our benefactors, keep contact information, notes and it allows us to prepare various reports as needed.
- Create different funds to log in donations
- Add fields as needed to prepare accurate reports
- Prepare letters for constituents
- Preparing letters can be awkward at times and they don't look the way I want them to look
- I find the Relationships tab useless. Maybe I just don't understand it.
- I don't use the Mass Interactions tab because I am not clear on what it is used for
- Keeps accurate records with contact information
- Easy to log in donations
- Easy to keep notes on constituents
