It is difficult to use reporting which is how I use fundraising. We are in the process of looking for a new CRM because of this

Gives you a lot of information but difficult to understand and hard to access. I have been in the industry for 20 years and this is the most complex CRM I have ever used. Data never appears the same no matter what I do and it is too complicated to run simple queries and reports
