Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
Blackline has been amazing to use. It has allowed us to streamline process and keep on top of account recs. During implementation we had an issue where there were a couple of account recs that were unknowingly not being completed. We discovered this during implementation and Blackline has allowed us to ensure that this problem never occurs again. The tracking of certifications has also been amazing when we deal with auditors.
- It has allowed us to track certifications which has been extremely useful for audit purposes. It allows us to show that everything was prepared and approved in a timely manner according to our policies.
- It has allowed us to ensure that all account reconciliations are completed even when a new account is created.
- Blackline has been great and I don't see any need for improvement
- Blackline has allowed us to get things done more timely and streamlined which lets us allocate personnel time to other areas.
