Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
We currently own the full suite, however we only use reconciliations. The package was implemented about 8 years ago and since then, there has been significant turnover in the executive level that led to a start-stop method of implementing. We recently began an initiative to refine and enhance our use of BlackLine.
- Reconciliations are by far one of the best features.
- They are great at taking care of customers through their CSMs and RMs.
- The are great at helping clients find solutions to their business challenges.
- I have not encountered many cons however have noticed some bugs within the system.
- BlackLine U, while very useful, the delivery method is not the best.
- I would have like to see a link to the grid format of the ITB agenda on the website.
- Has eliminated the need to maintain paper reconciliations.
- Made it easier for auditors to review our financial activity.
