Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine

Recons, and top side journal entries. provides a control framework for account recon process.

  • tracking of deadlines
  • segregation of duties
  • teams and distribution of responsibitlity

Cons

  • handling high volumes of data
  • performance
  • system stability
  • more visibility into interfaces
  • System issues when things dont work due to performance issues
Pretty responsive and eventually get the right people to work on issues,
Overall positive when it comes to interacting with the Customer Support team since it's very specific to questions we have asked. We would definitively want the other members of the BlackLine team - CSM staff, transformation teams to become a bit more versed with our usage of BlackLine, challenges, etc. before recommending solutions or improvement opportunities.
