Bloomerang - a great product for donor retention

We use Bloomerang to track our donor date including contact info and donations. We are a small organization with a staff of 4. Everyone can access it, but as the primary fundraiser, I use it the most. It makes sending letters, emails, giving reminders, receipts, etc easy. I can easily tell when the last time a donor has given, was contacted, etc. We run off of a "membership" based donor program and Bloomerang makes it so simple!
