Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

It's used by the whole organization and we use it as an informational hub. Sometimes it's hard to locate something specific that I am looking for in Bloomfire.

Pros

  • I like how it can be personalized to each company's needs.
  • It's very helpful to have a hub with all of our rules and regulation to refer back to.
  • Easy to locate saved items.
  • Nice to have a hub that united the whole team.

Cons

  • It's hard to search for information.
  • I wish it was a bit more use friendly as far as locating specific resources when needed.
  • Honestly my only complaint is how involved the searching is, too many tricks to remember just to find something quickly.
  • Increased team productivity.
  • Higher employee satisfaction.
  • Increased team communication.

I have not used any other platform like Bloomfire.
For the vet practice I work for it's very helpful since most of us work from home, it provides an amazing way for all of us to stay well informed. I believe any company could find a good use for Bloomfire. However, I am thinking that maybe smaller brick and mortar companies would have less use for this platform.
