Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
We use Bloomfire to help organize and manage our various research projects from user research, competitive tracking, presentations, etc. It is used mostly by the product, UX, and marketing teams. IT helps us consolidate all of our information in a single place easily. It also helps us look back and find any old work very easily in one central place.
- It helps with organization and helps us easily sort our numerous research documents.
- It is easy to navigate and do exactly what you want to do.
- The search feature makes it easy to find multiple documents about the same thing.
- We have lots of documents (LOTS) and sometimes things can get a little lost in the shuffle unless you tag them very specifically.
- It has definitely reduced the amount of time we spend looking for certain research.
- It has also made it easier for other teams to access the vast amount of data we have.

We previously used to use Google Drive to organize all of our documents and that just didn't do the job because we got to a point we had so many folders and searching was hard. Bloomfire made the choice easy to switch.
