Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
Bloomfire has enabled us to build a huge database of knowledge that enables us to quickly answer questions on-the-fly, which enhances the quality of our customer service as well as builds morale within our team. As employees, we feel supported and understood, and do not fear times when there may not be an advisor or lead available to help us personally. It also allows us to multitask with grace and without compromising the customer experience.
