Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

It is used across the whole organization. We are able to search for protocols and current procedures.

Pros

  • Searching for the answer to a question.
  • Locating work documents on business practices.
  • Finding Current protocols.

Cons

  • Sometimes, it does not always bring up the most relevant article.
  • As I am in a customer service role, I can't really answer that.

I have not used any similar software.
It is well suited for when you are not in a rush and have a bit of time to browse and locate what you are looking for.

It may be less appropriate if you need to find your answers right away, as sometimes you have to look through several documents to find what you are looking for.
