Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire throughout our company to hold our important documents, to be viewed regularly by our team. We also use it for training.

Pros

  • It is pretty.
  • Bloomfire is easy to access.
  • Provides a service we need.

Cons

  • Search function could be easier.
  • More keywords would be helpful.
  • Formatting is sometimes difficult.
  • More engagement with employees.
  • Ability to find things all in one spot is a positive.
  • We are able to pin Bloomfire to Slack which makes it very convenient.

This was our choice after the presentation.
Our documents change frequently, so Bloomfire makes it easy to update them. I wish they did not all have to be approved by a third party first though.
