Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Bloomfire is being used as a platform essentially for our “work guidance” page. All of our employees access it to be able to find/share information regarding our work tasks. All of our step by step guides, verbiage for phone calls, contact information for employees is listed on Lap of Love University, which is run by Bloomfire.

When on a call sometimes there are rare scenarios that we need to be able to quickly find a resolution for. Bloomfire is used as this tool for us. We are able to navigate through it quickly and efficiently to find our resolution while on the phone with a client.
