Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is used across our entire company giving access to every employee. It allows our employees access to all company knowledge to allow everyone the ability to learn, grow and double check resources they feel they need to reconfirm quickly!

Pros

  • Easy access.
  • Searching is very easy to access information.
  • Easily editable by leadership.

Cons

  • Searching is nice, but better search by keywords would be an improvement.
  • Definitely has helped our employees with training.
  • Being mostly remote now it's a great place to pose questions to be answered by the whole team. It keeps us connected.
