Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire for a compendium of work information which is used for training purposes as well as information access for tenured employees.
  • The ability to access and edit information is very good. It allows leaders in all departments to change, edit and update information as things change in the company.
  • It's very easy to use and navigate. Even for a novice.
  • Searching features is not my favorite. Sometimes you [can't] find what you're looking for, even with keywords.
  • Since the pandemic, our company has become mostly remote. This platform still allows our team to share and collaborate together.
  • New hires get first class training with use of Bloomfire.
  • When referencing company information our team is able to thanks to this platform.

I've used akaWork in the past, and Bloomfire far exceeds that software.
I would most definitely recommend this product to others. I already have with certain colleagues in my field who are looking for a platform to do similar in what we do. Some are hesitant on the price but I remind them on how worth it it would be for themselves and their business.
