Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
I am a new employee with Jackson Hewitt (in my first month) and I already love the ease of use that Bloomfire provides. With other companies, I have used products that are not as seamless, and of course, that makes things that much more difficult. I am impressed with how intuitive and simple the software is- I will enjoy using Bloomfire as a part of my daily job!
- Condenses info into one easy-to-search space.
- Allows me to search meeting transcripts in order to get to the information I need more quickly.
- Smooth and simple- less time spent trying to find things and more time doing my job.
- I don't think this is a Bloomfire issue, but rather one that my company could work on- Bloomfire works great, but I would like to see the info my company's central hub put into folders to browse instead of having to manually search for everything.
- Categories at the top of the screen would help.
- A live-chat widget with a Bloomfire IT specialist may be helpful.
- My colleagues are equally as impressed with how intuitive Bloomfire is to use.
- We are all more productive and happy that we don't have to rely on answers from our managers/ HR as much.
- We are more self-sufficient in our roles because of the system.

I personally can not recall any other systems or programs in particular that I have used in my past experience with other companies. What I will say, as I said before, is that Bloomfire enables a sleek, simple design that is both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly easy to navigate when searching for answers.
