Bloomfire is used by everyone in the company, to allow everyone access to the gathered information on our needs for the business, that we gathered from all those years, all in one place - and the best thing: [it is] searchable. It allows a good information access point and it's easy to use. Great tool.

Bloomfire is a great tool in our business, because when you try to locate a specific information, while with a customer, its searchable feature really helps getting what you are looking for quickly. The only limit is the information you add in there.
