Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Used as a partner portal on behalf of a vendor (MuleSoft). I work for the SI accessing the portal for partner related information. It is used across the whole organisation for this purpose.
  • Search features and the classification of content that simplify finding relevant content.
  • Volume of material available.
  • Notifications feature.
  • Nothing really.
  • It allows me to find detailed content to answer specific questions very effectively.
  • I also use it as a source of research material sometimes for producing decks.
  • The depth and volume of material plus the very flexible searching makes what can be a laborious process relatively quick and easy.

Bloomfire was presented as a solution by the vendor. It is not a selection I have been involved with.
I find it useful for finding specific content on detailed technical areas. It seems to index pretty much the entire artifact so searching on detailed free text content also works.
It's also quick. Searches are returned with very little latency.
