Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is being used across our entire organization for sharing ideas/concerns, like a chat board, a tool to communicate key system initiatives, messages and documents, AND as a learning system and repository for all training materials for our franchise system.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • East to post materials.
  • Easy to ask for and get feedback.

Cons

  • Not sure if there is deep reporting on usage and interaction available.
  • Look at better ways to group content and sort/search.
  • Positive impact on franchisee productivity - they can get answers to questions quickly.

Not sure it is the best for actual training i.e. taking tests, etc.

  • Chat board for franchise owners.
  • We have used Bloomfire in all of the ways you would expect, no real innovations so far.
  • True online learning i.e. deliver training classes followed by testing to ensure content was learned.
  • Have a separate marketing asset management system within.
Most likely we will renew, our team needs a refresher on possible opportunities to advance our usage and learning of opportunities to move this answer to a 10, can't live without it.
