Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire
It is being used to help nearly 150 North American Jewish Federations keep in contact with each other, share resources and advice. It has separate groups for specific departments or you can ask all users.
- Sends emails when someone posts a question
- Sends emails when someone answers your question
- Lets you search for keywords to see if the same question has been answered in the past
- The emails that come in as notifications could have more detail
- Increased team productivity
- Higher employee satisfaction
