Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

Bloomfire is being used by the organization I work for to assist clients more effectively. Bloomfire serves as the organizations' encyclopedia for internal use of organization employees.
  • Bloomfire provides tons of helpful information.
  • Information is constantly being added to Bloomfire for internal employees to use.
  • Bloomfire makes helping clients easier.
  • There is still a ton of information that can be added to Bloomfire, which will be done overtime.
  • It is sometimes difficult for employees to access Bloomfire.
  • Bloomfire has information that may not be relevant, and needs to be removed from the database.
  • Increased team productivity.
  • Increased customer satisfaction scores.
  • Higher employee satisfaction and engagement.

I wasn't involved in the process of purchasing and implementing this software, but I would say that Bloomfire is quite the noble competition of other similar software.
I receive tons of phone calls daily where I rely on Bloomfire to help me assist clients. Because of Bloomfire, I am able to assist clients more effectively. I use Bloomfire so much, that some of the information in the database I have mentally recorded, and remembered on my own.
