Overall Satisfaction with Bloomfire

We use Bloomfire across our whole company. Bloomfire enables us to connect with coworkers in different departments and locations in the us quickly with specific questions about our products or suggestions that pertain to a unique situation that a client has.
  • When a coworker posts on Bloomfire or someone responds to a post we all receive an email notification. This is extremely helpful as we don't always have the time to pick up the phone.
  • I am able to see others questions answered and search back in the future if I have a need for the information shared.
  • I like that I can order my search on Bloomfire to oldest first.
  • I have learned more about my company and felt support from the whole team, it keeps us all connected.
  • Improve the video viewing.
  • Incorporate a previously asked questions capability.
  • Higher employee satisfaction and engagement

Bloomfire is well suited to our 500 employee company, it keeps us connected without being overwhelming as the quantity of the messages sent daily is not overwhelming. Bloomfire is well suited for quick snips of information and questions. I don't think group training would do well unless the video quality was improved.
