Good response but room for improvement. We always receive very good support for all the tickets raised or any feature requests. Bloomreach support team always open to providing any additional support.

BRXM with in conjuction with BRSM would be very good fit. We extensively use to create new sitemaps and publish promotion content and promotion pages without waiting for any specific additional deployment. We use this pretty much in our day to day activities. Also it does provide scheduling features to publish content which is very good feature which we use to scheduling future content publishing.

Currently Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud supports both IT, content and marketing teams in our organization. Initially we started with content team then scaled to marketing team.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is pretty much available through out. We have never seen an outage which affected our production. It pretty much on the agreed SLA of above 99% availability

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud's performance has been top notch with most of the API's response times are well on par with the industry standards. Eventhough our site runs with little older version of commerce software , Bloomreach commerce clouds independent integration supports it.
