Allows us to analyse our data and how the audience interacts with our content and websites. All of our data is in one centralised location which makes it accessible for the entire team and easy to share best practices.

The bloom reach community team are always on hand to help. If ever I have had a problem or struggled to produce a report or needed something checking they have been there to assist. They are quick and easy to contact and will be prompt with their response. Well done!
We know have the ability to schedule emails, create automations based of events such as a report downloads, send automated emails based off aggregates, the possibility for us has been endless.
Bloomreach, has an easier interface to use. very self explanatory and easy to understand. The tools themselves are easy to use with little to no training. Other platforms do not have this ease of use or provide the same standard in customer support that we have noticed from Bloom reach commerce.

For those who work in marketing, we use the full capability of Bloomreach. For campaigns, analysis, weblayers, crm and data store. It is extremely handy having it all in one place.

Editorial only use the email campaigns to send emails and newsletters. But this is expected as this is the only interaction they have with the platform.

99% of the time the site is available for when we need to use. With any cloud based software there will be occasion that there is an outage but this is communicated effectively and dealt with quickly. This has never got in the way of what we need to do in our day to day work and wouldn't be thought of as a problem.
ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue.
