Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

At Notino we use Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud every day for almost everything, well at least CRM related everything. For segmentations, scenarios, reporting, customer properties and event tracking. Mostly everything (well okay about 80%) I need for my work I find at Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud. It helps us track customer activities on web, how they react on our emails or PNS or SMS, even weblayers. I can target very precisely every campaign. I can even make dynamic content thanks to jinja programing in email webhooks. Or make multichannel campaigns or multilevel campaigns that can be active for months (or even years) and can target new and new audiences and then track the results of the campaign.

Bloomreach support is on the highest level possible. I never came across anybody in Bloomreach who would not want to help me to solve my problem. Our consultants are the best of the best, always know how to help, or if they don't, they will search for the answer and come back to me. Many of our campaigns would not come to life without them (Special thanks to Ondrej Horvath and Jakub Svoboda). Also, people on the chat are amazing, always helpful, always checking back if the problem is fixed or the solution they provided did not work. Simply amazing support.
Everything is easier with it. Everything I need in Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud can be easily automated. From scenarios and their individual components, through funnels and evaluations or dashboards. Everything can be easily optimized and thereby speeded up and thus of course save me time. I really appreciate the automatic tracking of the movement of segments over a certain period of time. I can immediately see how the segment performed, whether there was growth or, on the contrary, a decline.
The Pipeline CRM tool works mostly for deals, at least we worked with it like that. In my last job, we were selling IT logistic program to logistic companies. So the Pipeline was used to follow leads and keep contacts in order. It provided some kind of automatization if we wanted, but we rarely used it since it was B2B and not B2C and our customers needed the personal meetings.

Automatization has Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud on very high level, we are able to set up over 20 different fully automatized long term campaigns that require very few adjustments over time and we are working on more and more. Also segmentations is on amazing level. I never worked with such an accurate level of customer segmentation. Where I think Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud could be better is reporting, some detailed lookups for me are difficult to set even as a data analyst. I hoped Loome would help me with that, but since Notino has so many custom adjustments, Loome does not work very well with them.

This may seem low, but this ratio is effective thanks to the platform's excellent intuitiveness and user-friendliness.Bloomreach's interface is designed not to require extensive IT knowledge. Even junior users and specialists from marketing or UX can master all the necessary functions for daily personalization and segmentation work within just a few weeks.Therefore, these two specialists are fully sufficient for resolving complex integrations, data management, and any ad-hoc technical inquiries, while a wide range of users works with the platform independently and without constant support.

We work with it daily, and based on our experience, it is extremely available and reliable.Continuous availability is critical for our operations, and Bloomreach provides it without exception. Naturally, as with any sophisticated software, a minor technical issue or error sometimes occurs. The key, however, is that any such incident is either fixed extremely quickly or its resolution is started immediately by the support team.We have not recorded any unplanned outages that would disrupt our key processes or affect the operation of our websites. We can fully rely on the platform for daily deployment and delivery of personalized content.
We are a rather specific case—we manage the platform for 27 countries, which means our reporting is more complicated and data-intensive. Despite this complexity, reports are completed in a reasonable timeframe, and we never experience critical delays.Regarding integration, it's crucial that Bloomreach not only doesn't slow down our other systems but instead integrates with them seamlessly. All pages and personalized elements load quickly, which is essential for the user experience. We are very satisfied with the platform's overall performance and speed.
