Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

Our business uses Bloomreach primarily for Email and SMS marketing. With their personalization tools, we are able to deliver product recommendations in our emails that are highly personalized to each customer based on their browsing and purchase behaviors, as well as filter by product attributes to get as granular as we need. We were also able to centralize all of our emails in one platform — including transactional, marketing, and triggered/automated emails.

Cons

  • Would love to have: Geo-location targeting by address/zip code radius in segmentations
  • Would love to have: AI-powered reports/charts/dashboards generated by written prompts
  • We are still in our first 6 months of usage and have not yet seen a significant ROI compared to our previous CRM.
  • Having both email and sms centralized in one platform has given us a more holistic view of our marketing efforts.
Our dedicated onboarding team has been very helpful and responsive. I especially appreciated having a shared Slack channel during this period. However, when emailing the broader support team, I've come to expect about 1 response per day. This is pretty typical for non-urgent inquiries, in my experience.
The Bloomreach platform has everything we need to create powerful, personalized marketing automations triggered by customer behavior. We have had this capability on other platforms, but Bloomreach takes customization further. After using this platform for 6 months, I'm confident that we could execute just about any marketing automation we could dream up — with assistance from the Bloomreach team.
Bloomreach is a step above the other CRM tools I have experienced. The amount of customization at your fingertips feels limitless. The trade-off is the gradual learning curve. This is not an entry-level tool — It takes some time to learn how to get what you want out of it.
