Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

It’s our tech stack platform that houses our e-mail marketing program and our SMS program along with the UX discovery piece that makes the experience on our website even more personalized. It’s integrated with our different marketing channels and social media to make sure we are providing a personalized experience as much as possible for our subscribers and customers.

Pros

Cons

  • Reporting is very technical and not to set up
  • The platform is so sophisticated that it demands a higher level of knowledge
  • Still missing a subscribers growth dashboard
  • Revenue from scenarios
  • Targetted campaigns
  • Higher quality leads
The onboarding team goes the extra mile but once you are onboard the support system is complicated and not so easy to track. Denititely needs improvement.
We are still in the learning curve post-transition so we have not made the most of the analytics side of the platform and we are just getting creative with our segmentation. It still pretty soon to tell, so far it’s very sophisticated, which makes it a bit harder sometimes to figure it out.
From working almost 4 years with Klaviyo we started noticing many discrepancies on the analytics side, and also on the user experience we were providing with the product recommendations that did not performed the way we expected. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization on that end is so much better. As far as Yotpo, we didn’t feel comfortable with email marketing infrastructure they offered and very much needed to get a tech stack solution for our brand.

For well-established companies with a robust database it’s definitely a platform that can bring value due to all the personalization features. You must not mistake it with a CRM is not that, and definitely not recommended for small teams since the onboarding is so dense and such a heavy lift.
