Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

Bloomreach helps us save time in creating personalized emails and email marketing in general, apart from the easy customer relationship email that is generated by itself, feeding itself so that it gets better and better, it is quite good in general, although logically nothing is perfect and when it fails, it fails well.

Whenever I have had a problem, either it has not been resolved or the chats have lasted a long time or the waiting time has been long, and if it has been resolved, it is because in the vX version IT WILL BE AVAILABLE or it is not available yet.
I suppose it's fine, although I wouldn't say it's perfect, but for now what we see is compliant, although it's good that the AI ​​works fine, but if I import a client but the bloomreach service or whatever goes down, the AI ​​doesn't recover the unimported client, and either I recover it or the AI ​​won't assign anything to it.
Each one has its good and bad things. The change to Bloomreach was made because of its supposed ease of use in our case and it has been a success, but it is not perfect for us since for that something very specific would be necessary, as if you were ours.

Let's see, good scenarios would be to make the client receive recommendations for things that they really like and improve email marketing, but in that same scenario, the complication of fields in lists or the lack of multi-language support in products seems strange to me, or that they normally have basic limitations or are not thought of in a multi-language and multi-currency website.
