Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

We use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization for our CRM channels such as Email and SMS. We also use it to help us with our personalisation and web layers on our website. It's a very helpful and insightful tool to help us delevop strategies and look into new and improving developments across our CRM channels and website.

Pros

  • A great section for reporting
  • Having documentations to refer to and online support if needed
  • A very easy to use platform, with clear labels and guides

Cons

  • Sometimes reports can be very jumpy and not save properly
  • The AI chatbot is often giving the wrong information
  • More pre-made dashboards
  • By using the reports we was able to see that our deliverability was affected so was able to improve this
  • Used the click map to see where customers would drop off in the email so we can work with design to see our strongest points of an email
  • Effective personalisation tools to help grow revenue
I'd say often the support team can be fairly slow, espesically when it's an urgent matter. Previously there was an option to address it as urgent and often we would get a reponse straight away. However, I did put this as a 7 as when they do reply they are very helpful.
When using loomi, I often found it had given us the wrong information or would still make me do a lot of the report manually. I often find myself reviewing previous reports and copying them instead of using AI. However, it does really well at helping with email copy and inspo that we might not be able to come up with as a team.

Yes

It has been very helpful in the development and execution of new and improving CRM strategies. We are constantly using the reports and analytics tools to figure out where we need to improve in specifc areas, as well as see what is doing well for us. The scenarios and email campaigns are very easy to use.
