Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

We use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization for almost everything. We use it for tracking, newsletters, automated mailing, data evaluation, eshop alterations through experiments, recommenders, and weblayers for many different things. The business problems are mainly focused around getting as many customers to try our products. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization should primarily be a retention tool, but we manage to use it quite well as an acquisition tool as well.

Do not have much experience as I did not have any issues myself.
Have used only the personalization ai myself. We use weblayers to make product recommendations on our web, this works remarkably well so I am very satisfied with this

Particularly weblayers, experiments, data tracking and reporting are strong points that differentiate it from competitors. It could improve automation but that is hard to do for large scale projects.
