Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization

For Fortuna Entertainment Group (FEG), engaging customers in the highly competitive betting and online gaming market is crucial. With six brands across five countries, FEG found itself facing the challenge of varying market needs. Bloomreach has helped us achieve real omnichannel marketing with a combination of different data sources and marketing communication channels. It has truly moved our marketing to the next level.

  • Time to market from kick-off to delivery.

Cons

  • Learning part (due to complexity of Bloomreach tool).
  • Integration (if you don't have skills in-house).
  • Tool limitations when it comes to Catalogs (and their synchronization).
  • Achieved real-time promo mechanics in cooperation with Bloomreach and other tools
  • Real-time reporting of promo mechanics and understanding of the promo impact per player/lifecycle.
  • Significantly boosted ACQ activities with Audiences sent to Meta and other platforms.
The project team consistently delivers excellent collaboration and is always available whenever assistance is needed. Their responsiveness and commitment make working together smooth and efficient. Bloomreach support, which is included for free in the platform, can also be quite useful, especially for quick clarifications. However, the quality and speed of their responses can sometimes vary, depending on the issue.
Bloomreach is a reliable and flexible marketing platform that helps manage campaigns and automate various workflows efficiently. It offers broad functionality for analyzing and segmenting third-party data, personalizing customer journeys, and optimizing the overall experience. While the AI and Loomi Analytics modules seem promising with advanced automation and insights, our team has not yet explored their full potential, so it is difficult to comment on their impact in practice.
