Overall Satisfaction with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA

We use Blue Prism to automate repetitive and logic-driven tasks to minimize human workload and improve customer experience. Every RPA developed has shown improvements in the areas applied, bringing effective response in minimum time.

Pros

  • Reports.
  • Extract data from different systems.
  • Process data such as requests to be updated in other applications.
  • Banking balance.
  • Email handling.

Cons

  • Interaction with Chrome could be better.
  • Specific objects or skills to use Google Suite.
  • Specific object or skill to be able to work wit Salesforce.
  • Work Queues.
  • Skills.
  • Reporting.
  • Better customer experience
Better interface, better process management, not only in run time but also in controllers task.

Well suited: Excel, Java applications.
Less appropriate: URLs that are only accessible with Chrome, or anything related to Google suite (you will need an API or WS to be able to work with those and normally they are kind of limited as well).
