BlueConic - Positive Experience
Overall Satisfaction with BlueConic
I have used BlueConic for data collection and first party audience analysis, reporting and targeting. It has solved the problem of not being able to collect first party data and being able to monetize that specific data. GA4 is very limited in what first party audience data can be collected, and BlueConic has stepped in and amped up the capabilities.

- Being able to monetize on first party data has been a huge game changer.
- The price tag was a big deterrent for us for a while, so that can be difficult to tackle for smaller/medium pubs.
- Being able to connect directly to Google Ad Manager was a huge plus, although it was clunky at times, we at least had the option.
I think the overall experience and customer service was better on the BlueConic side of things which is what swayed us in their direction. The GAM connection was also another huge plus for us. We ultimately chose BlueConic as our final CDP and we are very happy with that ultimate decision.
