Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Adobe is using BlueJeans across many departments in the business. The business problem specific to me - it allows me to have calls with my prospects and clients.

Pros

  • Is very intuitive so allows all people to participate in the meeting in a very interactive manner
  • Has a very reliable network
  • It just works

Cons

  • Breakout rooms
  • More integrations
  • More face time with customers
  • Easier to do demos - quicker
  • More interactive for customers
Much better, more intuitive a nicer user interface and less admin in setting up a meeting
Just works
It is very well suited to my role because it is quick to generate a meeting link with little to no admin behind the interface. Being in sales this needs to be intuitive to allow customers to interact with the meeting and it serves that purpose very well.
