Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We have a daily teammeeting with 4+ participants distributed amongst several locations and different companies. We only use bluejeans in this project - it is not used company-wide. BlueJeans works seamlessly and with high quality. The user experience is great.

Cons

  • We are not using the full functionallity - and would like to see a tailored pricing.
  • We use it internally - no communication with customer. So the better video and audio quality makes meetings more productive.

Meeting is just a simple as opening a link in a browser - this is how it is supposed to be.
Having large conferences is way better than Skype for Business. Having the full interoperability with all kind of devices is a big pro.
