Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is often used by our investment team members, managing partners and some of our finance team members. BlueJeans meetings are for both internal and external meetings.

Video quality is good
Audio quality is good
Connection with other systems (Polycom) is simple and easy
External parties' connection is simple and can be handled without an IT person's help

The Outlook plug-in sometimes give secretaries issues when booking a meeting

Return on Investment

Reduce the need for face to face meetings
Reduce expenses on travelling for meetings with external parties
Increased overall productivity

I have been the host of meetings and have used BlueJeans to join a meeting. The setup for meetings and sending invites are usually done using the Outlook plug-in. I have not encountered issues using the plug-in. When I am a participant, joining a meeting using a smartphone is a breeze.

Likelihood to Recommend

The use of BlueJean's video conference with overseas counterparts is most suitable. For people on the go, as long as they have data roaming, using BlueJean is not a problem.
